Abstract
Fernando Corona is a Mexican electronic musician, performing as the artist Murcof. His sound covers minimalism, ambient, subtle beats and glitch. Classical and choral samples feature quite prominently, particularly those of the work of Arvo Pärt (cf. Remembranza), often manipulated for drone and soundscaping effects. He is currently signed to Leaf in the UK.
